Lovely site, nice high fences and easy access gate. Facilities well maintained. Earth quite boggy (we’ve had lots of rain), and a few stumps in the field which were highlighted but still a bit of a hazard when running full pelt after a ball (dog, not me!)  Parking and directions all fine - will be lovely when access path is finished. Overall we liked the site and would love to come again when the weather is better.

Our 2 doggies had a lovely time yesterday (one is a rescue) who we can't take off his extendable just yet so he loved charging around with the balls provided. Good high fencing with easy to use secure gate and good parking. Helpful owner who came out to look for us as must have been looking at Google maps going past the entrance as there are plenty of signs so you can't miss it. 5 minute drive out of Whitstable so great location ! Thank you x

Used for first time excellent field flat and relatively short grass it was very squidgy due to the amount of rain we’ve had but it was firm-water and toys available-the parking was some way from the gate/field. This was difficult as the ground was very wet and uneven. Having said all this my dog male GSD loved it and slept well in the evening-will use again x

Henry & Wilbur had a lovely time!  Neither are good off the lead so it was great for them to have some proper crazy time.

Have visited twice, easy to find and park up, completely secure field with escape-proof fencing (my ex-rescue would have found a way out if there was one!). Only downside at the moment is the mud, nobody’s fault - we’ll be regulars!

Parking was good. Field entry is problematic-  if  like me you suffer arthritis, trying to set the code was fiddly and the padlock was hard to close (for me). The field is well secured by high fencing and plenty  of balls - poo bags and water. The reason I have only given 3 stars is the field is like a swamp, and probably be hard to recover once the better weather appears. I will definitely return once it dries out. Our dog loved the field, probably because he was covered in sloppy mud.

We absolutely love Fido’s! My dog is a large atheistic bred, Malinois x Greyhound and can be reactive with strangers and this gives him a chance to have a really good run around muzzle and lead free! Lovely high fences too so absolutely no chance of his escaping. I also take my toddler along and he loves it too x

Very pleased to have this close to home. As our dog is a terrier with strong terrier instincts, it's not safe to let him off the lead in the woods, so we really appreciate a secure space where he can run around as much as he likes. It's fairly basic but all the essentials are there - poo bags, toys, water, first aid station - so all you need to bring is you and your dog. And if you want to do some agility training, there's also a tunnel and a fence to jump over. Very muddy at this time of year (January) but that's hardly surprising. Entry/exit process is straightforward, price seems fair to me.

This is a great new secure field for me to use for our 2 Wiggies (Whippet X Italian Greyhounds) . 
The field is in a great location with easy parking and is a lovely size for our two fast dogs to get some good runs in.  
I’m so pleased I’ve found this field and can see in the summer it’ll be a good space to use with a lots of shade too from the lovely surrounding trees.  Can’t wait to get back there.

My two lurchers had an absolute blast in the field. It's the perfect place for them to stretch their legs and run like lunatics, and properly secure with fences high enough that springy dogs can't jump. Plus there was agility equipment, toys, first aid kit, poo bags and fresh water so there's no need to take everything with you. Definitely going to be returning.

Great field for letting my two pooches off for a run-around use have booked a few times.   Mini agility course in top left corner is good fun with my staffie, greyhound is more interested in zooming about.  Can get a bit muddy.

We took our 2 dogs to Fidos field on Sunday for the 1st time. We wanted to try the field as our dogs are both very nervous when out walking (due to a dog attack) and we wanted to be able to let them run free.
The field was great, the dogs loved it, they were safe, free to roam and run where they liked without us worrying.
The facilities are great, good parking, play station with water supply was brilliant and the assort course was really good fun.
The only down side was how muddy and slippery it was. The field was very boggy in places so I would definitely say you need wellies and lots of towels when you go. You also need to be prepared to bath your dogs when you get home.
Both my husband and I had the same suggestion that a bench or seating for humans would be good, not everyone can stand for 50 minutes!
Over all though we all enjoyed the field and will be booking to go back again (with wellies next time).

short, there were lots of dogs barking/crying sounding very distressed. It was difficult to pin point where it was coming. My dogs became distressed so got them out of there. Gutted as this was our 2nd visit, the 1st one they both loved and had a great time.

This field will probably be better when the weather is drier - the entrance to the field was very swampy and squelchy. We all got very muddy! Up the top under the trees was better, and the dogs loved playing with the agility equipment. Security wise the field was fantastic, and getting in and out was straightforward. There were toys and a little bit of water (the container needed filling) for the dogs to drink at the end. I’ll definitely come again when the weather settles

Not the best experience, when paying to have use of a field, you expect it to be an enjoyable experience. Unfortunate despite our visit being on a dry day, the field and path leading up to it was beyond muddy, our dog and clothes were covered in mud despite only being there for 10 mins. I am sure when the field is dry it would be great but drainage is clearly and issue there and the website did not mention that it would be this bad. 

Another great day at the field today both doggos loved it as usual and drying up nicely disptie it raining

Thank you to Fido's Field for providing such a lovely secure place for us to take our dogs to close to home in Whitstable! We have rescue dogs who just cannot go off lead due to their difficult histories, prey drive, and total lack of recall. The field gives our two a really happy time where they can charge about or mooch about freely. This means a lot to us as it's always sad to have to keep the dogs on lead. We have been twice now since discovering your field and intend a weekly visit. It doesn't just do the dogs good but also us - to see them happy and with the birdsong and blue bells in the woods beyond. A peaceful place and great facilities with the toys and water and poo bags provided. Also we so rarely find dog fields with the essential  6 foot fences for proper escapologist sight-hounds etc. Too often they are 5ft or thereabouts. So grateful and so chuffed to have found your field, thank you. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience here. Have found that other secure fields have been too big for our dog when trying to practice recall with him,  but this one is the perfect size. Seen comments about the mud but that is expected at a field and it really wasn’t a problem for us. 10/10 and would recommend, we will definitely be coming back!

It was a lovely setting in the woods and bluebells one one side and a wildflower meadow on the other. Our dog could be free off the lead for some recall training and we could relax for the first time with her off the lead ( rescue dog) with water, poo bags and toys all provided along with jumps and loads of space, highly recommended for a reactive dog.
